Mac's Island Trip 2008
Those of you that follow our trips will remember that last years trip to Mac's Island was more eventful than planned and had some detours. Last year our van broke down in Marshall MI. My family, and Justin's friend Ben, spent the day in Marshall as I dropped off the van for repairs (new engine) and then headed to Battle Creek for a rental. We continued our vacation without problems after that but this led to two changes this year. We rented a van this time and we returned to Marshall for a mid-way stop. In my rush last year, I forgot that Marshall was home to the Dark Horse Brewery, pub and homebrew shop! Had to go this year - Twice.
